Ajmera Realty Reports Over Twofold Rise in Q3 Sales, Eyes FY26 Target

Ajmera Realty Infra India Ltd reported record sales of Rs 1,431 crore for the first nine months of FY26, a 72% increase from the previous year. In Q3 alone, sales more than doubled to Rs 603 crore, with sales volume rising 59% to 2,62,975 sq. ft. The growth was driven by the successful launch of Ajmera Solis in Vikhroli, which sold 84% of its Phase 1 inventory quickly. The company aims to exceed its full-year sales target of Rs 1,600 crore by accelerating new launches and reducing debt.
