Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) project in Pachpadra, Rajasthan, in January. This integrated refinery-cum-petrochemical complex is a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and the Rajasthan government, with a capacity of 9 million metric tons per annum.
