Max Estates Obtains RERA Approval to Restart Noida's Max One Project

Max Estates has secured RERA registration from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority for its Max One project in Sector 16B, Noida, reviving a development stalled for nearly nine years due to the previous developer's insolvency. The 10-acre mixed-use project, inspired by global urban districts, will feature ultra-luxury residences, premium offices, retail, and a private club. Construction is set to begin soon, with an estimated sales potential of Rs 2,000 crore and annuity rental income of Rs 120 crore.
