Goa recorded a record 1.08 crore tourist arrivals in 2025, with over 1.02 crore domestic visitors and more than 5.17 lakh foreign tourists. This marks a significant recovery and growth post-pandemic, surpassing pre-COVID numbers. While overall arrivals are at an all-time high, foreign tourist numbers via charter flights continue to decline, though arrivals via scheduled international flights and cruise ships have increased. The state aims to promote quality and regenerative tourism.
