Hartford Global Services Leases 1.6 Lakh Sq Ft Office Space in Hyderabad's Gachibowli

Hartford Global Services Pvt Ltd has leased approximately 1.6 lakh sq ft of office space across the 21st and 22nd floors of Kalyani Trident in Hyderabad's Gachibowli area. The five-year lease, with a three-year lock-in, starts rent payments in March and September 2026 for the respective floors, at a combined monthly rent of around Rs 92 lakh (Rs 58 per sq ft). The agreement includes 213 parking slots charged separately, with a 15% rent escalation every three years.
