Randstad Survey Finds Young Workers Most Concerned About AI Impact on Jobs

A Randstad survey of 27,000 workers and 1,225 employers across 35 markets found that four in five workers expect AI to affect their daily tasks, with younger employees, especially Gen Z, expressing the most concern about job security. Job vacancies requiring AI-related skills have surged by over 1,500%, reflecting increased automation of low-complexity roles. While many employees are enthusiastic about AI, nearly half fear it benefits corporations more. Employers remain more optimistic about business growth than workers.
