The Executive Centre India has leased over 2 lakh sq ft of office space in Hyderabad's Avance Business Hub, HITEC City, from Phoenix Infocity Private Limited. The five-year lease, starting February 1, 2026, includes a six-month rent-free period and a monthly rent of Rs 110 per sq ft with a 5% annual escalation. The agreement covers floors three and four, includes parking and maintenance services, and allows subleasing. This move reflects growing demand for flexible workspaces in Hyderabad's IT corridor amid corporate expansions.
