ICICI Prudential AMC Reappoints Sankaran Naren as Executive Director for Two Years

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has approved the reappointment of Sankaran Naren as executive director for a two-year term from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028, subject to shareholder approval. The board also reappointed Antony Jacob as an independent director for five years. Alongside leadership changes, the company reported a 45% year-on-year net profit increase to ₹917 crore in the December quarter and declared an interim dividend of ₹14.85 per share.
