State-owned NBCC has successfully sold 417 residential units in Noida and Greater Noida through an e-auction, generating Rs 1,045.4 crore. These sales are part of NBCC's mandate from the Supreme Court to complete stalled Amrapali Group projects and hand over 38,000 flats to homebuyers. The company will receive a 1% marketing fee. NBCC is also developing over 10,000 additional apartments on unused land parcels to finance construction costs.
