Raymond Realty Launches Luxury Residential Project 'The Address by GS, Wadala' in Mumbai

Raymond Realty has launched 'The Address by GS, Wadala', a luxury residential redevelopment project in Mumbai spanning 5.62 acres with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 5,000 crore. The development features 31-storey towers with 2- and 3-BHK residences, 10,500 sq. ft. of retail space, and about 1.7 lakh sq. ft. of recreational amenities including a clubhouse and sports facilities. CEO Harmohan Sahni highlighted the project as part of the company’s asset-light expansion strategy targeting emerging growth corridors beyond South Mumbai.
