The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved Ambuja Neotia Group's plan to revive the stalled Usshar residential project in Batanagar, near Kolkata. Ambuja Housing and Urban Infrastructure Company Ltd (AHUICL), a subsidiary, will acquire the 9.4-acre parcel for 34 crore to complete construction and hand over residences to hundreds of homebuyers who faced uncertainty due to the original promoter's debt issues.
