Praveg Awarded 30-Year Concession for Luxury Cottage Project in Meghalaya

Praveg Limited has received a Letter of Award from the Government of Meghalaya's Directorate of Tourism to develop, operate, and maintain at least 40 luxury cottages on 10 acres at Umiam under a 30-year concession. The project will follow a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) model on a public-private partnership basis, with completion expected within 18 months. This initiative aims to enhance Praveg's presence in the premium eco-tourism sector while contributing to regional tourism infrastructure.
