
Uno Minda Ltd reported an 18.13% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 300.48 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, supported by a 19.93% increase in revenue to Rs 5,018.06 crore. The company’s board approved a Rs 764 crore capital expenditure to establish a new alloy wheel manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, with a phased capacity of 1.8 million wheels annually. An interim dividend of Rs 0.90 per share was also declared. The capex will be funded through debt and internal accruals, aiming to meet growing OEM demand amid rising expenses including raw materials and employee costs.
