
MeltPlan, a construction technology startup founded in 2025, has raised $10 million in a seed funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from Europe-based venture capital firm Noa. The company has now raised a total of $14 million. MeltPlan develops an AI-driven planning engine designed to optimize preconstruction decisions across code compliance, cost, schedule, and value, aiming to reduce costly late-stage changes. Founded by Kanav Hasija and Tanmaya Kala, the startup serves clients in the US and UAE and plans to expand its team and enter the Indian market.
