NBCC has resolved a long-standing land dispute with the Delhi government concerning a 42.46-acre parcel in Ghitorni. The settlement grants NBCC 21.23 acres for development, with the company agreeing to pay Rs 220 crore to the Delhi government. NBCC plans to develop this prime south Delhi land into a mixed-use real estate project estimated to generate Rs 8,500 crore in revenue, adhering to the Master Plan for Delhi.
