Lodha Developers Commits Rs 1.3 Lakh Crore for Maharashtra Data Centre Park

Lodha Developers has committed a total investment of Rs 1.3 lakh crore to develop a 2.5 gigawatt data centre park near Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Maharashtra government on January 19 at the World Economic Forum in Davos, adding Rs 1 lakh crore to its earlier Rs 30,000 crore commitment from September 2025. The project, under the state's Green Integrated Data Centre Park policy, aims to be India's largest and create over 16,000 direct and indirect jobs. Major players like Amazon and Singapore-based STT Global Data Centres have acquired land parcels within the park.
