Zenex Animal Health India has acquired a majority stake in Netherlands-based VievePharm, a specialist in natural animal nutrition, for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition provides Zenex with a manufacturing and sales base in Western Europe and access to VievePharm's established EU distribution network. It expands Zenex's portfolio of natural and herbal animal health products, integrating VievePharm's bolus technology with Zenex's research and global reach. The move aligns with growing regulatory pressures in the EU to reduce veterinary antibiotic use and supports sustainable livestock farming.
