Blinkit's ambulance service has completed one year, responding to over 4,200 cases, including 1,810 time-sensitive medical emergencies, across Gurugram, Manesar, and Delhi. Co-founder Albinder Dhindsa stated the service aims to provide faster emergency medical help, acknowledging the complexities and low margin for error in this field. The service operates 25 ambulances and has achieved a 10-minute response time in 87% of cases, with no charges to families. Significant investment has been made in training paramedics.
