Pace Digitek's subsidiary, Lineage Power Pvt. Ltd, secured a purchase order worth approximately Rs 159 crore from Reliance Industries for supplying lithium-ion battery packs with specifications 48V, 15S1P, 314 AH. The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, is scheduled for completion by August 31, 2026. Pace Digitek clarified that the awarding entity is not related to its promoters. The company's shares saw an intraday rise following the announcement, reflecting market interest in the order.
