Jeetendra and Tusshar Kapoor Sell Mumbai Commercial Property to NTT for Rs 559 Crore

Veteran actors Jeetendra and Tusshar Kapoor have sold a commercial property in Mumbai's Chandivali for Rs 559.25 crore to an arm of Japan's NTT Group. The property, located in Balaji IT Park, includes a data centre building and a generator structure, spanning over 3.25 lakh square feet. This marks the second significant real estate transaction between the Kapoor family and NTT in recent times, following a Rs 855 crore deal registered in May 2025. The sale highlights the growing demand for premium commercial space in Mumbai.
