Cadence Appoints Dr. Alok Jain as Managing Director for India Operations

Cadence Design Systems has appointed Dr. Alok Jain as managing director for India to lead regional growth, innovation, and partnerships with government, academia, and industry to support India's semiconductor ecosystem. Dr. Jain, with over 35 years of experience and a background in electrical and computer engineering, has been with Cadence since 1997 and currently serves as vice president in the System Verification Group. India hosts over 30% of Cadence's global workforce, playing a key role in R&D and product development.
