Chandigarh Administration Proposes Up to 33% Increase in Property Collector Rates

The highest residential rates are set for Sectors 1-12 at Rs 2.37 lakh per square yard, effective from April 1, 2026. Rates for independent dwelling units and Chandigarh Housing Board flats vary by category and floor level. Public feedback is invited until March 20 before finalization.
