Varroc Engineering Reports Profit Growth; Varvee Global Posts Higher Sales but Net Loss in March 2026
Varroc Engineering reported consolidated net sales of Rs 2,368.08 crore for March 2026, up 12.81% year-on-year, with net profit rising to Rs 69.32 crore from Rs 20.57 crore. EBITDA slightly increased to Rs 227.89 crore. In contrast, Varvee Global's standalone net sales grew 211.67% to Rs 23.38 crore, but it recorded a net loss of Rs 28.59 crore and negative EBITDA of Rs 21.07 crore. Both companies' shares showed mixed returns over the past year.
