Kerala Signs EOIs Worth $14 Billion at WEF for GCCs and Sector Investments

Kerala's Industries Minister P. Rajeeve announced that the state signed Expressions of Interest (EOIs) worth approximately ₹1.18 lakh crore (around USD 14 billion) at the World Economic Forum in Davos. These include plans to establish two Global Capability Centres in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi, with potential expansion to Kozhikode. Major investment proposals span sectors like renewable energy, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. The government plans to follow up on these EOIs to facilitate their materialization.
