Godrej Properties reported a 20-23% rise in Q3FY26 net profit to around ₹195 crore, driven by record sales bookings of approximately ₹24,000 crore in the first nine months, nearing its ₹32,500 crore annual target. Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej highlighted strong demand across cities, steady sales in premium and mid-segment properties, and robust leasing in commercial assets. Despite a 48-49% revenue decline due to lower project completions, the company expects sustained growth and plans multiple project launches in Q4FY26.
