LTIMindtree reported a 10.5-11 percent year-on-year decline in Q3FY26 net profit to around Rs 970-971 crore, primarily due to a one-time Rs 590 crore charge from implementing new labour codes. Excluding this impact, net profit rose 29 percent year-on-year to approximately Rs 1,401 crore. Revenue increased about 11.6-12 percent to Rs 10,781 crore, supported by AI-led deals and operational efficiencies. The company added 1,511 employees, improved attrition rates, and expanded operating margins to 16.1 percent despite a 31 percent sequential profit drop influenced by the labour code cost.
