
Jubilant FoodWorks has sold its entire 31.66% stake in Hashtag Loyalty to one of its founders for a nominal consideration of Rs 6,415.94. This move follows an impairment charge of Rs 24.75 crore recorded in FY25 due to Hashtag's discontinued operations. Hashtag Loyalty reported minimal income and net worth in FY25. The transaction is expected to conclude by February 2026. Jubilant FoodWorks operates over 3,480 stores across six markets with brands like Domino's and Dunkin'.
