Jeetendra and Tusshar Kapoor Sell Mumbai Commercial Property to NTT for Rs 559 Crore

Bollywood actor Jeetendra Kapoor and his son Tusshar Kapoor have sold a commercial property in Mumbai's Chandivali area to NTT Global Data Centres, a subsidiary of Japan's NTT Group, for Rs 559.25 crore. The property, located in Balaji IT Park, includes a ground plus ten-storey building housing a data centre and an adjacent four-storey diesel generator structure, spanning approximately 30,195 sq m. This follows a previous Rs 855 crore land sale to the same company in May 2025. The transaction was registered on January 9, 2026, with a metro cess paid but no stamp duty due as per a 2024 government resolution. Chandivali's strategic location and connectivity have contributed to its growing appeal for commercial investments.
