Ramky Infrastructure Secures 95-Year Concession for High-Tech Pharma Park in Maharashtra

Ramky Infrastructure's subsidiary, Maha Integrated Life Sciences City Limited, has secured a 95-year concession agreement with Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation to develop a high-tech pharmaceutical park in Raigad district. The Rs 3,000 crore project spans 1,000 hectares in the Dighi Port Industrial Area and will be developed on a public-private partnership basis under a design, build, finance, operate, and transfer model. The park will include industrial, commercial zones, utilities, and amenities to support life sciences companies, generating revenue through land leases, development charges, and service fees.
