
KPI Green Energy reported a 48 percent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 125.8 crore for Q3 FY26, driven by increased revenues reaching Rs 676 crore. EBITDA grew 73 percent, supported by operational efficiency and project execution. Meanwhile, K.P. Energy posted a 58 percent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 41.35 crore on 63 percent higher revenues of Rs 345 crore in the same quarter. Both companies declared a third interim dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity share, with a record date of January 28, 2026.
