Capital markets regulator SEBI has approved the Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) for eight companies, including Indira IVF, Rays Of Belief, Tempsens Instruments, and Jerai Fitness. Other companies receiving approval are Chartered Speed, Glass Wall Systems (India), Shriram Food Industry, and RKCPL. The SEBI's issuance of observations on draft IPO documents allows these companies to proceed with their public offerings within a specified timeframe.
