Siddhartha Bhaiya, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Aequitas Investment, has passed away at the age of 47. He died of a sudden cardiac arrest on December 31, 2025, while on a family vacation in New Zealand. Bhaiya was a veteran fund manager with two decades of experience, having previously worked at Nippon India Mutual Fund before founding Aequitas Investment in 2012. His firm grew significantly under his leadership.
