Signature Global reported a 27% year-on-year decrease in sales bookings for the December quarter, totaling Rs 2,020 crore. This decline occurred despite the typically strong festive demand period. The company sold 408 housing units, down from 1,518 in the same quarter last year, with sales area also significantly reduced. For the first nine months of the fiscal year, bookings fell 23% to Rs 6,680 crore. While the company did not state a specific reason, market observers suggest the late launch of a major project may have contributed to the weaker performance.
