Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar Exports Ltd to Launch Rs 440 Crore IPO on March 24

Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Ltd, a Haryana-based basmati rice exporter marketing under the brand "Aeroplane," plans to launch a Rs 440 crore initial public offering (IPO) on March 24, closing on March 27. The IPO comprises a fresh equity issue with no offer-for-sale component. Proceeds will support working capital and corporate purposes. The Securities and Exchange Board of India approved the IPO in October 2025. The offer size was reduced from Rs 550 crore. The company reported Rs 1,421.3 crore revenue and Rs 48.77 crore profit for nine months ending December 2024. Shares will list on BSE and NSE.
