Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar to Launch Rs 440 Crore IPO on March 24

Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Ltd, a Haryana-based basmati rice exporter marketing under the brand "Aeroplane," plans to launch a Rs 440 crore initial public offering (IPO) on March 24, closing on March 27. The IPO, approved by SEBI in October 2025, consists solely of a fresh equity issue with no offer-for-sale component. Proceeds will support working capital and corporate purposes. The company reported Rs 1,421.3 crore revenue and Rs 48.77 crore profit after tax for nine months ending December 2024. Shares will list on BSE and NSE.
