NBCC Engages in Discussions to Develop 139-Acre Island Infrastructure in Seychelles

NBCC (India) Limited is in discussions to develop infrastructure on a 139-acre island in Seychelles, including affordable social housing, leisure and hospitality facilities, premium villas, a sports arena, and social infrastructure. The Vice-President of Seychelles, Sebastien Pillay, led a delegation to NBCC's New Delhi headquarters, where detailed presentations highlighted NBCC's capabilities, including its completed 2,000 Social Housing Project in the Maldives. NBCC is also executing the Indian Chancery Building, Cultural Centre, and Residential Units in Seychelles, reflecting ongoing bilateral cooperation.
