Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Reports Decline in Standalone Profit but Rise in Consolidated Profit for December 2025 Quarter

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power reported contrasting financial results for the quarter ended December 2025. Its standalone net profit declined 64.21% to Rs 14.17 crore on a 77.24% drop in sales to Rs 81.07 crore compared to the previous year. Conversely, the consolidated net profit rose 165.77% to Rs 263.64 crore, with sales increasing 118.11% to Rs 1,152.25 crore over the same period. Operating margins and profits before tax also showed divergent trends between standalone and consolidated figures.
