RSVM Hospitality acquired approximately 18.6 acres of land in Thane's Majiwada area near Mumbai through two transactions on February 20, 2026, totaling around Rs 498 crore. The land was purchased from Chemicals and Ferro Alloys Pvt Ltd and Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd, both part of the Neterwala Group. The acquisitions reflect growing developer interest in Thane due to improved infrastructure and demand. Queries to involved parties remained unanswered at press time.
