The Delhi High Court has issued an interim injunction restraining Alaska Aviation Academy and 17 other entities from infringing on Akasa Air's trademarks. Akasa Air's operator, SNV Aviation, filed a suit alleging the defendants colluded in job scams, impersonating the airline to deceive jobseekers and demand process fees. The court found a prima-facie case of misrepresentation and deception, stating that restraining the entities is necessary to prevent irreparable injury to the airline.
