Blue Cloud Softech Solutions announced the acquisition of 100% equity in Global Impex Inc. from ConnectM Technologies Solutions through an all-equity share swap, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals expected within 6-9 months. The acquisition aims to enhance Blue Cloud's Blue Energy platform, focusing on clean energy solutions for data centres, industrial sectors, mobility, electric vehicles, energy storage, software, and data services in India and internationally. Following the announcement, the company's shares experienced mixed trading, with initial gains followed by profit booking amid broader market trends.
