JSW Motors to Launch Rs 45 Lakh Plug-In Hybrid SUV in June 2026

JSW Motors, led by Sajjan Jindal, plans to enter India's passenger vehicle market with a plug-in hybrid SUV priced around Rs 45 lakh, targeting the premium segment alongside brands like BMW and Mercedes-Benz. The SUV will be produced at a new facility in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, with a launch expected in June 2026. JSW Motors is also finalizing a technology partnership with international automotive companies to explore electric and hybrid vehicle segments, while developing its retail and distribution strategy.
