Lodha Developers has acquired five land parcels across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Bengaluru during the October-December quarter of FY26. These acquisitions are intended for developing housing and commercial projects with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 34,000 crore. The company views these acquisitions as strengthening its future growth pipeline and expanding its presence, particularly in the Delhi-NCR market.
