The Delhi High Court has ordered the delisting of products that copy Britannia's 'Little Hearts' biscuits. The court directed parties to stop manufacturing and selling biscuits using the 'Little Hearts' name and heart shape, which are registered trademarks of Britannia. Online platform Amazon was also instructed to remove these infringing products from its website, as they were found to be visually and descriptively similar to Britannia's original offering.
