
Apollo Micro Systems' shares surged after its subsidiary, IDL Explosives, secured new orders totaling approximately Rs 421 crore. The primary contract, valued at Rs 419.4 crore, is a running contract to supply bulk explosives to Coal India subsidiaries. An additional Rs 1.5 crore export order for cartridge explosives was also received. These orders, received in the ordinary course of business, expand the company's presence in the explosives and defense sectors. The company also recently announced defense orders worth over Rs 100 crore for Unmanned Aerial Systems.
