Investec India Partners SACS Partners; Ravi Kapoor Named Vice Chairman of Investment Banking

Investec India has partnered with Strategic Advisory Capital Solutions Partners (SACS Partners), led by veteran investment banker Ravi Kapoor, to enhance its financial advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising, and secondary market transactions. Kapoor, with over 37 years of experience and more than 600 advised deals, will assume a non-executive role as vice-chairman of investment banking at Investec India. The collaboration aims to combine Investec's international network and capabilities with Kapoor's industry relationships.
