Dr. Reddy's Launches Generic OTC Olopatadine Eye Drop in US Market

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories has launched Olopatadine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Solution USP, 0.7%, a generic over-the-counter antihistamine eye drop approved by the US FDA for temporary relief of itchy eyes caused by allergens such as pollen and animal dander. This product complements their existing OTC eye-care portfolio in the US. The launch follows the success of the Pataday brand, which recorded sales of approximately USD 69.9 million in the latest 52-week period.
