Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Secures Three-Year Deal with Blue Star

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has secured a three-year contract with Blue Star to provide its employee expense management and benefits platform, Zaggle Save. The company clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in Blue Star, and the deal is not a related-party transaction. Zaggle reported a 77.7% increase in standalone net profit to Rs 35.97 crore and a 47.9% rise in revenue to Rs 497.63 crore in Q3 FY26. Its shares rose following the announcement.
