Chinese Company Distributes Rs 237 Crore Year-End Bonuses in Cash to Employees

Henan Kuangshan Crane Co., Ltd., a Chinese crane manufacturer, distributed approximately 180 million yuan (around Rs 237 crore) in year-end bonuses to nearly 7,000 employees during its February 13 annual gala. Employees were allowed to grab as much cash as they could count from tables stacked with currency, receiving nearly 70% of the company's 2025 profits. The event included spontaneous bonus increases and gifts, continuing the firm's tradition of generous employee rewards under Chairman Cui Peijun.
