GAIL Initiates Construction of 30-Acre Research and Development Centre in Haryana

GAIL (India) Limited held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 30-acre Research and Development Centre in Sohna, Haryana. The facility, spanning 85,000 square metres, will focus on seven research areas including natural gas pipeline integrity, CO2 valorisation, petrochemicals, renewables, biotechnology, nanotechnology, and advanced analytical sciences. Equipped with advanced pilot-scale infrastructure, the centre aims to enhance indigenous technology, foster collaboration with academia and startups, and support India's energy transition aligned with Atmanirbhar Bharat and innovation-led growth.
