AAHAR 2026 Concludes with Record Participation, Next Edition Set for 2027

The 40th edition of AAHAR, held from March 10-14, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, attracted over 125,000 visitors and a record number of exhibitors, reinforcing its status as a leading B2B food and hospitality trade fair in Asia. Organized by ITPO and the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, the event featured Italy as the partner country, facilitated 2,800 business meetings, and showcased regional pavilions like Kerala's. The next edition is scheduled for March 2-6, 2027, with plans for expanded scale amid Bharat Mandapam's redevelopment.
